Andrea Cecchetto is a senior manager at Markham Public Library. In addition to her BAH from Queen’s University and the Master’s of Information & Library Science from the University of Western Ontario, Andrea holds a Master’s of Organizational Development from Schulich. She specializes in large-scale culture change initiatives, service development and staff engagement.
