The EXPO floor can be found in Hall B and C of the Convention Centre and houses over 200 booths representing companies and groups that are vital to the library industry. Check out the exhibitor directory here to learn more about all the great things happening on the EXPO floor!
Things to look out for:
- Join us at the IdeaHUB Stage for fresh new ideas and practical tools presented by the most innovative vendors in the library world. We will also host authors throughout the day, so drop by either Thursday or Friday as they read from their upcoming publication and sign your favourite titles! Don’t forget to check out what’s new in indie publishing with the Ontario Indie Pavilion!
- Interested in robots, circuits, coding, and other collaborative gadgets that foster new ideas? Join the Ontario Library and Information Association (OLITA) at the Games and Gadgets Zone and create your own LED name tag so you can show off your ability to be an innovator and a maker.
- Get ready to shine in the Style Lounge! We will have professional hair stylists, makeup artists, and photographers onsite to give you a headshot that will make your selfie cower in shame. No appointments necessary. Fierce photo poses mandatory. The Style Lounge will also feature a lip balm station, and will be on the EXPO floor Thursday at 9:00 am – 5:00 pm and Friday at 8:00 am – 3:00 pm.
For those not registered for the Full Conference, special EXPO ONLY badges are available onsite at the registration desk. These badges are free for OLA Members and $45 for Non-Members. Badges entitle the wear to visit the Expo floor only. Conference sessions are not included.
