- Authors in the Classroom – Inspiration and motivation is amplified by having authors in the classroom to work directly with students on the creation, editing and production of a short story. This Thursday workshop is based on this experience and classroom potential, as students get the opportunity to develop a one-on-one relationship with an author as they work.

- Best Bests – Join the OLA Best Bets Committee in a presentation of the 2016 “Best Bets” lists of Canadian literature for children and teens. We read all of the year’s books so you don’t have to!
- The Seven Prequels: How it all Began – Bestselling authors Sigmund Brouwer, Norah McClintock, Shane Peacock, Richard Scrimger, Ted Staunton, Eric Walters and John Wilson team up for the third instalment of Seven.
- Author Events – Author’s are an integral and exciting part of the program at OLA Super Conference. We are happy to hosting many conference sessions, readings and signing opportunities with our favourite authors. Keep checking back as new signings will be added right up until the conference!
