The presentation will highlight the development and outcomes of Wi-Fi Hotspot Lending at small, medium and large public libraries. Discussion points will include each organization’s approach to the service, initial goals, as well as outcomes/success measures to date. Presenters will also touch on communication barriers in Canada (limitations of data plans available) and plans for the service going forward.

– Learn about the development of Wi-Fi Hotspot Lending services in three Canadian libraries; each with unique client needs and service goals
– Uncover the current communication barriers in Canada that impact the implementation of the service
