In 2008, Memorial Libraries embarked on its’ first digital humanities project. Come learn about our Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) supported resource, Lasting Remembrance: Newfoundland, Labrador and War. The commemoration project brings together significant digitized documents, the use of geographic information systems, a searchable database of soldiers and library resources to help researchers studying the First World War.
