In this session we will share with you all the steps we followed, planning notes we made, follow up surveys and a video summation we created to host a makerfair at our library learning commons. This journey began with a presentation to staff, and then moved forward with lots of planning, making connections and organizing groups of staff, students and community members who wanted to participate. We completed this journey by collecting reflections from participants and making a video to capture the experiences of everyone involved.
Outcomes:
Participants will receive all of our planning notes, materials, resources and a video. If you want to know how to host a makerfair, you will be given the resources to do so in this session.
