Discover my journey to becoming the best new board member I can be! A look back at my first year experiences – my expectations, the challenges, what I wish I knew, and the steps I’ve taken to be an engaged, active board member. This session will provide insight to new and returning board members, so that everyone is “on board” with changing group dynamics and roles, and how to support fellow board members while maintaining good governance.
